Data deletion request

To delete one Co-schedule, Co-priority, Co-decision or Co-grouping you organized, open it and choose More ▾ → Delete…. It’s removed for good, with everyone’s answers in it and its result page, and the people you invited lose their links. We keep only a short note that it was deleted, and the record of any emails we sent for it (see Privacy, section 7).

To delete your Codecita account and the data linked to it, email hello@codecita.com with:

the subject line “Data deletion request”;
the email address of your account.

We’ll process your request within 30 days. We delete:

your account (name, email address);
your contacts;
your bookmarks;
the Co-schedules, Co-priorities, Co-decisions and Co-groupings you organized, including their published result pages and your “All my groups” page.

We may keep financial records as tax and accounting law requires, and the record that you agreed to Pro’s renewal terms, kept as the law requires.

Participants without an account can ask the same way: tell us the name you used and the link you were sent, and we’ll remove what you entered.

If you’re a parent or guardian and think your child under 13 took part in something on Codecita, write to hello@codecita.com with the link they were invited by, or the event’s name and the organizer’s name. We’ll delete their information, usually within 2 business days, and tell you when it’s done.
